Tiny Township will begin reconstruction Monday of Balm Beach Road West from Lesperance Service Centre (287 Balm Beach Road West) to Tiny Beaches Road South.

The work will include improvements to drainage, relocation of ditches, provision of bike lanes in each direction, selective permit parking areas along the north side, a walking lane along the south side and various improvements to intersections.

Improvements will also be made to the Parent Park parking lot including asphalting and pay parking.

Township officials say that weather permitting the work to be completed by June 2012.
